SESSIONS AT PILATES FRANKLIN text
One studio.
Three ways to train.
Every session is led by the same STOTT-certified instructors. The difference is how much one-on-one time you want.
Private Sessions
Fifty minutes. One instructor. All for you.
Best for: someone who wants dedicated one-on-one attention, is working through an injury or specific goal, or is new to Pilates and wants to learn the method properly from the start.Private sessions are built entirely around you. You book directly with a specific instructor, so the relationship is consistent from session one. Before you start, your instructor takes the time to understand your goals, your movement history, and anything your body needs to work around. From there, every session is intentional. No guessing, no generic progressions, no detail glossed over.
Private Pilates is a good fit if you are recovering from an injury or surgery, managing a chronic condition, new to Pilates and want to learn the method correctly from the start, or simply prefer to work without sharing the room.
Your instructor adjusts in real time. If something is not working, they know why and they know what to do about it.

SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES
Shared, but still personal.
Best for: someone who wants to bring a friend, partner, or family member and share the experience — up to three people, one instructor, one session built around your groupSemi-private sessions are for you and the people you bring with you. Bring a spouse, a friend, a family member — up to three people total, including you. You book together, you work together, and your instructor builds the session around your group.
It is a more personal experience than a group class, and a more affordable option than booking private sessions individually. A great fit if you and someone close to you want to work on your Pilates practice together with a dedicated instructor.
Small Group Pilates
The energy of a class. Still capped at four.
Best for: someone comfortable on the Reformer who wants to drop into a small scheduled class on their own time.Small Group Reformer classes are scheduled classes you drop into on your own. They run with a maximum of four people, and they are designed for clients who are comfortable on the equipment and ready to work more independently. An instructor is present throughout, but this format is more self-driven — you pick the time that works for you and jump in. No need to coordinate with anyone else.
Browse the class schedule and reserve your spot through MindBody, directly from our site.
