About Aga
Aga started her movement journey after dealing with some long term health issues that left her with daily pain throughout her body. She sought out many different practitioners and instructors to help her heal and tried various forms of movement. Working with Laura at Pilates Franklin was a lightbulb moment and inspired her to become an instructor herself. Now she helps clients establish a mindful relationship with their bodies while helping to alleviate pain and stress through movement. She strives to make Pilates as accessible as possible through keeping a nervous system friendly approach. Outside the studio she is a talented esthetician and loves spending time outdoors, singing, and dancing!
